Private Racquet Club Court Construction
Location: Davis Island, FL
Project Narrative
This project transformed a former Bank of America building into a high-end private racquet clubhouse. The client envisioned a multi-sport outdoor facility that blended performance, functionality, and premium design. Our team handled the project from the initial planning phase, including architectural drawings, renderings, and full permitting, through complete site construction and finishing.
Once permits were secured, we built a new asphalt sports slab engineered for long-term durability. The process included excavation, installation of a deep crushed rock base, and paving with S95 hot mix asphalt. After curing, we used SportMaster’s professional surfacing system to create a dual-use layout featuring a half basketball court and two full pickleball courts. Premium equipment installations completed the transformation into a polished, private athletic destination.
