Eagle Scout Park
Location: Dunedin, FL
Project Narrative
The courts at Eagle Scout Park were in extremely deteriorated condition when we arrived. Severe structural cracking, widespread surface damage, and large low spots created unsafe playing conditions and frequent water pooling. The facility was no longer functional for regular play, much less competition-level use.
Our team executed a full rehabilitation of the courts, rebuilding the structural integrity, restoring proper surface grading, and creating a high‑performance, cushioned playing surface designed for longevity and competitive play.
Scope of Work
- Repaired extensive structural cracks and surface failures.
- Filled major low spots and birdbaths to restore correct grading.
- Reinforced repaired cracks using the Faultline system.
- Installed a full cushion system for comfort and impact absorption.
- Applied premium acrylic resurfacer and vibrant acrylic color coatings.
- Replaced all nets and posts with new, competition‑grade equipment.
Outcome
This once‑damaged set of courts was transformed into a fully resurfaced, structurally reinforced, competition‑ready pickleball facility with improved performance, aesthetics, and longevity.
