Court Resurfacing & Multi-Sport Conversion

Project Narrative
The Palm Bay Club, a premier resort-style property in Sarasota, sought to upgrade and modernize its existing court amenities. The client wanted fresh, competition-ready surfaces with custom colors that matched the property’s visual identity. In addition to court resurfacing, the project also included the start of a 10-court shuffleboard complex to further elevate the guest experience.
Our team resurfaced the existing courts and converted them into two pickleball courts and one full tennis court, using custom-tinted SportMaster colors selected specifically to match the property’s theme. The result was a set of vibrant, professional-grade courts engineered for both beauty and performance. Construction is also underway on a full shuffleboard facility to expand the property’s recreation offerings.
Scope of Work
- Resurfaced existing sport courts.

Outcome
Palm Bay Club now features refreshed, competition-grade pickleball and tennis courts with custom aesthetics that align beautifully with the property’s branding. These upgraded amenities enhance guest enjoyment and complement the ongoing addition of an expansive shuffleboard complex.
